Genetic Polymorphism Platform

Investigation on genetic polymorphisms and their functional roles is one of the most important projects in CHGB. CHGB is provided with technical platforms for both large-scale SNPs discovery and high-throughput genotyping for polymorphic markers. Using this high-throughput technical platform, CHGB has finished the discovery of SNPs for about 300 important disease-related genes as well as association and linkage studies on partial genes of several disease.
