Proteomics Platform

The Proteomics Platform consists of two dimensional electrophoresis (2DE) and LC/MS/MS systems. This platform is provided with experience of protein purification and immune-analysis. The researches of proteomics in CHGB have targeted to disease-relating appearance of protein expression and seeking disease-marks and drug-targets. The Proteomics Platform is a new platform and keeps in developing. At present, we have undertaken two national research projects on proteomics of cardiovascular disease and systematic auto-immune disease.
