Molecular cytogenetics
We developed techniques on culturing of primary cells,
establishment of lymphoblastoid cell lines from peripheral blood, cytogenetic
experiments and Fluoescent In Situ Hybridization. Now we focus on the screening
of susceptible genes of autism. And we are expecting to provide genetic analysis
of clinical samples and other clinical services. Moreover, we plan to do comparative
genome hybridization(CGH) on tumor or specific diseases samples and then to
develop BAC chips. We also plan to do such work as locating new genes on chromosomes,
cell line establishment and reservation.
