Core Technology Platform for the Novel Drug Targets in Signal Transduction Pathway

Array-based yeast two-hybrid screening，complemented with protein function studies in mammalian cells, is fully deployed as a core technology in CHGB. This platform will speed up the discovery of novel drug targets in signaling pathways of cancer, inflammation and auto-immune diseases. Novel therapeutic approaches will be further developed based up these targets.
