High throughput functional genes cloning and expression platform

High throughput human novel functional genes cloning and expression platform is a basic platform in North Center. The major objective of this platform is to carry out innovative genomic medicine development. This platform was constructed in 2002. From then on, 15000 seqences had been screened by bioinformatics method, approximately 200 in 500 selected sequences were verified by experiments, which would being put into systemic functional research and development in basis of primary functional filter study.
